  5. The Solution appeared to be simple! The multi agency team approach to fire investigation needed to improve significantly. Each agency needed to work cohesively to ensure an effective investigation of the incident at the scene of the fire and beyond.

  6. The primary objective for Hampshire's ATF was to achieve a noticeable improvement in the arrest, detection and conviction rates of arson offenders by driving the initial investigation and providing specialist support and guidance to fire and police colleagues involved in the forensic and criminal investigation of deliberate and serious fires across the county.
