Strategic Planning for Spring 2012: Boarding Alongside the Community • Next Plan will be broader based and have more community support • Strategic Focus Points Going to GAP and Constituents • What planning is in place for our next four year strategic vision? • Community and College Participation • Use of Strategic Focus Versus College Values • Event: December 2, 2011 (combination of campus constituents and community members) • Outcome: 4 year plan / funnels into program review, integrates district planning and supports 2012 bond

  7. Accreditation Visit Spring 2014: Surfing the Tube • Are you kidding me?
