Salient features of our gauge • Comparator type of device incorporating specially designed transducer gives high resolution and enhances accuracy. • Bright digital readout eliminates errors due to parallax whilst taking readings. • Computer connectivity in on-line as well as off-line modes. • The Specially Designed Transducer also incorporates Comparator type of design to Ensure High Measurement Accuracy. • Fast REGS* Procedure ensures you never rely on any Judgment for Gauge Setting, which is extremely vital in case of Comparator type of gauges. • Facility to discard readings, during setting of jobs. • Facility to sort the jobs in predefined classes.

  3. Contd…. • Can store up to 3996 Readings (maximum, minimum, mean & TIR along with date & time), in case of immediate non-availability of spare P.C. Data may then be eventually downloaded to a P.C. in M.S.EXCEL** compatible format & used with any available S.P.C.*** Software. • Communication Protocol uses well documented Modbus protocol. Remote calibration is possible. It allows to configure for ‘Scada & SPC’ software. Maximum of 250 Gauges can be connected to a Single PC. Wireless Modem compatible. • Non-Contact type of measurement technique ensures jobs do not get deformed due to forces exerted by measuring instrument.
