  2. Decisions/Recommendations II • Greg Snow and Henk Tiecke prepare a list of detector and experiment links with short introduction and an image for the EPOG home page • CERN teacher programme • EPOG and CERN teacher programme should co-ordinate initiatives in the member states • If interested, contact Rolf Landua Stockholm University

  3. Decisions/Recommendations III • CERN visits • Private visits • Inform Visits Service (visits.service@cern.ch) and Site Manager (Experiment Secretariat) • Read and follow Safety rules • LHC communications in member states • EPOG wants to act together with CERN and the LHC experiments (see theme for next meeting) Stockholm University

  4. Decisions/Recommendations IV • EPOG website • Look at Elena’s proposal for layout and give feedback to her • A working group of Michael Kobel and Gunther Dissertori will assist and advice Elena in preparing the next version. • Website discussions: • EPOG and other events should be separated • The round logo was preferred • EPOG or EPPOG – different opinions • Would be logical with two p’s • EPOG is becoming known • Shorter looks better • Different pronounciation for the two versions Stockholm University

  5. Decisions/Recommendations V • Next meeting • London, 7-8 April 2006 • Possibly Empirial College and Science Museum • Theme: The place and role of EPOG in the LHC communication landscape • Additional theme: Involving museums and Science Centres in the outreach process Stockholm University
