  4. Personal menu and services • ”Your name” • Forward your KTH email • Wireless network: Login credentials “Network secret” for EDUROAM* • Change password

  5. Wireless access- eduroam Where to find eduroam? • All over the KTH campus As well as: • Stockholm public libraries • Centralstation • Airport-Arlanda • Other universities in Sweden and all over the world • Retrieve the eduroam username and password-”Network Secret” in the Personal Menu. • Username: KTH account@kth.se • Network Secret: is different from your KTH account password

  6. Email: webmail.kth.se • Sign in with your KTH.SE user name and password • The email box is limited to 2 GB • Never answer e-mail that requests your user name and password!

  7. When log on to a computer • Use your KTH account not followed by @kth.se. • You will access: • Software installed on the computer • Your home directory H:\ • Project Area P:\ • KTH Printing system KTH Print To access H:\ and P:\ from in a web browser use home.ug.kth.se

  8. Printing • Multifunction / All In One Printers: • Print • Copy • Scan to email • Printing accessible from: • Computers at computer labs • Your own computer connected to WiFi- EDUROAM • Mobile devices and smart phones

  9. Printing with KTH Print • Free printing quota is 200 SEK per half year. I equal to 400 A4, back and white pages • Register your access card to easily get your print outs • Print from our own mobile device • Purchase more printouts through PayExservice

Access Card • You will get an access card and a “4” digit pin code from your study coordinator. • Enter computer and study rooms • Pick out your printouts • If you lose the card contact KTH IT-Support, during opening hours, or call KTH alarm phone number after working hours +46 (0) 8 790 7700. • To get a new card or a new pin code visit KTH Entré. Do not put your pin code on your card.

  11. Software • KTH allows you to download software to be installed on your private computer during your studies at KTH. • Microsoft Office 365 • Microsoft DreamSpark Premium Almost all available software from MS • KTH Software Download • Matlab, Ansys, ChemBioDraw etc.
