OBTAINED BENEFITS • 97% time and cost reduction. • Set up a tool for Predictability, Tracking and Transparency in State Management. • Assume and unify processes by stages. • Friendly and convenient, according to international commerce requirements. • VUE experience was taken as an example for other processes involving State.

USED METHOD • Analysis of Structures and Existing Processes. • Design base on autochthonous reality and traditional exportation products. • Entity Participants interconnection. • Acceptance of Electronic Authorization by the Custom Code. • Harmonization of Existing Structures with high technology. • Interaction with Electronic System of Custom Management.

  17. Potential Beneficiaries of the Program “ The program owns a national scope for PYMES* with and exporter profile in non traditional products, in order to provide export process with simplified and electronic procedures”. * Medium and Small companies.

Example for New Processes • VUE experience will be used in other MIC registers. • Single Qualification for Enterprises will be based on VUE experience. • Future application of VUE experience for Single Importer Window. • Begin a Simplified System of Procedures and Logistics for Export by River Transport. • National Assistance System for Exporters, in cooperation with Pro Paraguay. • Implementation of Consultation and Claim application for Exporter. May – 2006 • Exportation in National Money.
