  2. 0544 We awoke at 0544 and prepared to go the Dawn Service in Coffin Bay.

  3. O624 We arrived at the Coffin Bay Hall at 0624 and my pop Mostyn Hetzel who was in the army in 1972-1978 as Specialist Operator level 6 Private talked with people involved in the Dawn Service like him. Then they set up chairs, a microphone and a stand. for it.

  4. 0627 At 0627 the flags were raised to half mast and a few moments later people start to arrive at the hall.

  5. 0644-0648 At 0644 Mostyn1 read the Lord’s Prayer. Then at 0648 another man2 started to talk about why we were there and a bit about the wars Australia had served in. 2. 1.

  6. 0659-0704 Then at 0659 the reefs were laid, the Last Post was played and the flags were raised. 07012 the hymn was read out, At 0704 another prayer was read out and a man1. finished up the Service by thanking everyone for coming. 1.

  7. Conclusion In my opinion it was a very beautiful service and I would say over a 100 people showed up which is great to see in a small town. Also the people involved did a great job.
