  4. ACCESSORY ITEMS To make the boat look nice! Pipe cleaners Ribbon Colored markers Colored toothpicks Scissors to cut masking tape

  5. Designing the Boat Share our Ideas What kind of boat should we design? What is the problem?

  6. Lets brainstorm and come to agreement Create This looks good! Time to test them! So, do we all agree? This is really cool

  7. Loading the Boat Test and Evaluate Decide to balance the cans as stacking. One person stacks. Pineapple Juice 6.0 Oz Pineapple Juice 6.0 Oz Pineapple Juice 6.0 Oz

  8. The Final Test Test and Retest Until the boat sinks, Touches bottom or Tips over The design is done. NOW comes the Big Test! How many cans do you think it will hold? Wow! 10 cans! More and MORE!! 25 cans! No way!
