HƯỚNG DẪN CÀI ĐẶT PHẦN MỀM KẾ TOÁN CÔNG ĐOÀN CƠ SỞ. 1. Tải phần mềm kế toán từ trang web của Tổng Liên đoàn LĐVN. Vào trang web www.congdoanvn.org.vn => chọn “Download phần mềm tài chính CĐ” => chọn download tệp nén .rar hoặc .zip (DiaketoanCDcoso2011.rar hoặc DiaketoanCDcoso2011.zip).

  1. HƯỚNG DẪN CÀI ĐẶT PHẦN MỀMKẾ TOÁN CÔNG ĐOÀN CƠ SỞ

  2. 1. Tải phần mềm kế toán từ trang web của Tổng Liên đoàn LĐVN. • Vào trang web www.congdoanvn.org.vn => chọn “Download phần mềm tài chính CĐ” => chọn download tệp nén .rar hoặc .zip • (DiaketoanCDcoso2011.rar hoặc DiaketoanCDcoso2011.zip).

  3. 2. Cài đặt phần mềm kế toán công đoàn: • - Giải nén tệp vừa tải về (DiaketoanCDcoso2011.rar hoặc . zip) • - Vào thư mục “Caidatphanmemketoancongdoan” => chạy file Setup.exe để cài đặt chương trình vào C:\Program files. Quá trình cài đặt thường có các thông báo như sau:

  4. Bấm OK

  5. Bấm nút để cài đặt

  6. Bấm Continue

  7. Bấm Yes với các thông báo dạng này

  8. Bấm Ignore với các thông báo dạng này

  9. Việc cài đặtđã thành công khi có thông báo này

  10. 3. Sử dụng chương trình kế toán mới: • Coppy thư mục: “KetoanCDcoso2011” (đã giải nén ở trên) vào trong ổ D:\ của máy và chạy chương trình bằng cách chạy file “Ketoancongdoan.exe” trong thư mục KetoanCDcoso2011 này • Để đưa biểu tượng chương trình ra màn hình thực hiện như sau: bấm chuột phải tại file Ketoancongdoan.exe => chọn “Send to” => chọn “Desktop”
