  4. CIMS Department Introduction Central for instructional Mimeographing service (CIMS) CIMS has two parts the Reproduction and Bookstore. The reproduction Department Offers the following : Lamination, Pop sheet, Handbook, Xerox. The bookstore function . Bookstore function are selling of office supplies ,school supplies, PE Uniformand otherthings the School needed. Each Student go to the CIMS to claims their PE uniform, ID, etc. Teachers also coordinates with the CIMS Department to order some Books and other materials be used for teaching. This Department provides the needs of the office supplies, school supplies and other significant materials needed by the Student. Production and Purchasing of supplies are process in advance before the supplies out of Stocks . It is Responsible for the production of ID’s, Handbook, Pop sheet s, etc.. Their Department Sectary will coordinate with the CIMS for Orders of some teachers. When it comes to processing CIMS are always ready for some Inconvenience. Each material produce and supplied to CIMS are good Quality and they are sold for a cheap price that the student & teachers can afford and the staff are also in accommodating and serving their customers.

CIMS Department Summary • CJC –CIMS is the Common school bookstore inside the Cor Jesu College . • CJC-CIMS have power to purchasing some books and other material that the school faculty and student needed • Central for Mimeographing Services (CIMS) is derived is a small bookstore for Cor Jesu (CJC) That sells supplies that a student and teachers needed for teaching, learning and studying.

CIMS Department Use Case description Name: Reproduction Alias: Code member CJC 2011A Description: Function primarily to produce necessary documents needed by the organization Successful Completion :When the ordered documents be successfully released to those who requested it. Alternative: In times of getting busy with the production, they can still cater those who requested their help. Precondition: there must be submission of a valid request form. Post condition: they can have their request Assumption: In case of brownout, the generator is used for continuance for production process

Use Case Description Name: BOOKSTORE Alias: CJC Education 2011B Description: Functions primarily for the purpose of proceeding necessary supplies needed by the individuals involved in the organization. Successfully Completion: when they successfully provide all the necessary things. Alternative: they monitor and conducted inventory of their available resources Precondition: order specific supply and payments of Bills Post condition: releasing of ordered supply. Assumption: they had to purchase resources ahead of time.

CIMS Department Recommendations • Base on our research ,we recommend that CIMS should increase the quality of their supplies so that it won’t lessen the expectation of individual customers, in catering their needs . • As in addition to this we would also like to recommend that CIMS should possess highly technological equipments that would minimize time cost and labor.

  30. CIMS Department Expected Benefit • If the recommendation are to be realized, it would be a great advantage in the viewpoint of the organization . This would also help them to generate more funds accurately and enables them to increase their production at least expected time. • On the viewpoint of the student, it would be an advantage to them in the sense of inhabiting and experience the amount being paid for the cost of Pop sheets and test papers . It is no longer questionable on their side because they saw the proof and it worth it‘s cost APPENDIX: • Additional information, for the awareness of everybody in purchasing of books needed in your academics.

  31. CIMS Department • Base on our conducted research we found out that only the engineering department is active enough in the requisition of books at the CIMS. It is actually open for those who willing to grab a copy of textbook, Handbook, and any of a kind . Just simply visit CIMS office in their new location @ Criminology building for further information and further negotiation.
