  1. What are Bespoke Shoes? Customizing Your Style To Enhance Your Personality...

  2. What is Bespoke Shoes? • Unlike factory-made shoes, bespoke shoes are a pair of custom shoes that are unique to their owner and their craftsmen.

  3. It will fit them perfectly and should not fit anyone else in that same manner as we are all shaped differently.

  4. The Making Process Includes: • The Fitting: The customer’s feet are measured to ensure the best fit and comfort. • Last Making: These measurements, tracings, and notes are used to create a mold of each foot, called the “last.”

  5. Pattern Making: A pattern specific to each customer is made. The pattern will include all the details needed to make the shoes look and feel just right. • Lasting the Shoe: Using the lasts and patterns, all of the necessary pieces of the shoes are built and put together. All shoes require uppers, shanks, and insoles. Some will also require toe and heel boxes, depending on design. The bespoke shoes are built by conforming each of the components of the shoe to the customer’s lasts. Once the shoes are “lasted” they are left alone for a period of time that allows the leather to form the proper shape.

  6. Second Fitting: Before the heels and soles are added, an appointment is made for a second fitting, allowing the maker to carry out final adjustments before completing and producing the shoes. • Finishing: The shoes are made ready for the customer.

  7. Doe’s Bespoke Shoes worth it? • Do I have messed up feet that cause me pain? • Is it extremely hard to fit my foot into a ready to wear shoe? • Can I afford it without blinking an eye? • Do I care about what goes on my feet? To answer this question will very much depend upon you, the person who is in prospect of buying them. You will have to ask yourself several questions:

  8. Should I Get One? • It’s not like you can spot them (bespoke shoes) a mile away on someone’s feet but when up close and personal with one, the distinct qualities that make it bespoke are evident and to me speak wonders about the shoe and the person, i.e. someone who appreciates fine footwear. • Whether you want such kind of stylish leather shoes or not? well you will have to decide this for yourself…
