Welcome Leads Partnership: • 19 universities, 6 countries (Canada, USA, Germany, Australia, Denmark, Hong Kong), 14 partners and 4 advisory board members • 6 disciplines • Educators & psychologists (in cognition, affect, assessment) • Computer scientists & engineers (in computational modeling, machine learning, educational data mining) • Educational digital video ethnographer • Physicians (who have integrated TREs into teaching) • Historian (specializing in public use of technology)

Governance • Management team: Director, Project Manager, Theme Leaders, Advisory Committee,and Steering Committee • Resource Allocation • Proposals: Project Director and Theme Leaders • Student Travel Fund: Seeking representation- one post-doc, one graduate student, and one co-applicant • Conflict Resolution and Advice: Project Director and Board of Advisors • Steering: Steering committee (PD, one theme leader, one partner, one post-doctoral student, one graduate student, manager) oversees progress of research management • Reporting structures: working on new arrangement with theme leaders
