3. 1Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, as some do, letters of recommendation to you, or from you? 1เรากำลังจะยกย่องตัวเราเองหรือหรือว่าเราต้องการหนังสือแนะนำตัวให้แก่พวกท่านเหมือนอย่างคนบางคนหรือเราต้องการหนังสือนำตัวจากพวกท่านหรือ

4. 2You yourselves are our letter of recommendation, written on our hearts, to be known and read by all. 2ท่านเองเป็นหนังสือของเราจารึกไว้ที่ดวงใจของเราให้คนทั้งปวงได้รู้และได้อ่าน

5. 3And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

7. 4Such is the confidence that we have through Christ toward God. 4เรามีความไว้ใจในพระเจ้าโดยพระคริสต์อย่างนั้น

8. 5Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God, 5มิใช่เราจะคิดถือว่าสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดเกิดจากความสามารถของเราเองแต่ว่าความสามารถของเรามาจากพระเจ้า

9. 6who has made us competent to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

11. Hebrewsฮีบรู4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

15. 11For he who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.” If you do not commit adultery but do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.

16. 11ด้วยว่าพระองค์ผู้ได้ตรัสว่าเจ้าอย่าล่วงประเวณีผัวเมียเขาก็ได้ตรัสไว้ด้วยว่าเจ้าอย่าฆ่าคนแม้ท่านไม่ได้ล่วงประเวณีแต่ได้ฆ่าคนท่านก็เป็นผู้ละเมิดธรรมบัญญัติ

17. 7Now if the ministry of death, carved in letters on stone, came with such glory that the Israelites could not gaze at Moses' face because of its glory, which was being brought to an end,

19. 8will not the ministry of the Spirit have even more glory? 8ดังนั้นการที่ปฏิบัติตามพระวิญญาณจะไม่มีรัศมียิ่งกว่านั้นอีกหรือ

20. 9For if there was glory in the ministry of condemnation, the ministry of righteousness must far exceed it in glory. 9เพราะว่าถ้าการปฏิบัติสำหรับปรับโทษยังมีรัศมีการปฏิบัติสำหรับความชอบธรรมก็ยิ่งมีรัศมีมากกว่านั้นอีก

21. 10Indeed, in this case, what once had glory has come to have no glory at all, because of the glory that surpasses it. 10อันที่จริงรัศมีซึ่งได้ทรงประทานให้นั้นก็อับแสงไปแล้วเพราะถูกรัศมีอันเลิศประเสริฐนั้นได้ส่องข่มเสียหมด

22. II Timothyทิโมธี1:12 which is why I suffer as I do. But I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am convinced that he is able to guard until that Day what has been entrusted to me.

24. 11For if what was being brought to an end came with glory, much more will what is permanent have glory. 11เพราะถ้าสิ่งที่ได้จางไปยังเคยมีรัศมีถึงเพียงนั้นสิ่งซึ่งจะดำรงอยู่ก็จะมีรัศมีมากยิ่งกว่านั้นอีก

26. 13not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face so that the Israelites might not gaze at the outcome of what was being brought to an end. 13เราไม่เหมือนโมเสสที่เอาผ้าคลุมหน้าไว้เพื่อไม่ให้ชนอิสราเอลเห็นอวสานของรัศมีที่ค่อยๆจางไปนั้น

27. 14But their minds were hardened. 30. 17Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 17องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงเป็นพระวิญญาณและพระวิญญาณขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงอยู่ที่ไหนเสรีภาพก็มีอยู่ที่นั่น

31. 18And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.

33. John ยอห์น 9 Jesus Heals a Man Born Blind1As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth. 1เมื่อพระองค์เสด็จดำเนินไปนั้นทรงเห็นชายคนหนึ่งตาบอดแต่กำเนิด

34. 2And his disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” 2และพวกสาวกของพระองค์ทูลถามพระองค์ว่า “พระอาจารย์เจ้าข้าใครได้ทำผิดบาปชายคนนี้หรือบิดามารดาของเขาเขาจึงเกิดมาตาบอด”

35. 3Jesus answered, “It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him. 3พระเยซูตรัสตอบว่า “มิใช่ว่าชายคนนี้หรือบิดามารดาของเขาได้ทำบาปแต่เขาเกิดมาตาบอดเพื่อให้พระราชกิจของพระเจ้าปรากฏในตัวเขา

36. 4We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work. 4เราต้องกระทำพระราชกิจของพระองค์ผู้ทรงใช้เรามาเมื่อยังวันอยู่เมื่อถึงกลางคืนไม่มีผู้ใดทำงานได้

37. 5As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” 5ตราบใดที่เรายังอยู่ในโลกเราเป็นความสว่างของโลก”

38. 6Having said these things, he spat on the ground and made mud with the saliva. Then he anointed the man's eyes with the mud 6เมื่อตรัสดังนั้นแล้วพระองค์ก็ทรงบ้วนน้ำลายลงที่ดินแล้วทรงเอาน้ำลายนั้นทำเป็นโคลนทาที่ตาของคนตาบอด

39. 7 and said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which means Sent). So he went and washed and came back seeing. 7แล้วตรัสสั่งเขาว่า “จงไปล้างโคลนออกเสียในสระสิโลอัมเถิด” (สิโลอัมแปลว่าใช้ไป) เขาจึงไปล้างแล้วกลับมาก็เห็นได้

40. 8The neighbors and those who had seen him before as a beggar were saying, “Is this not the man who used to sit and beg?” 8เพื่อนบ้านและบรรดาคนที่เคยเห็นชายคนนั้นเป็นคนขอทานมาก่อนก็พูดกันว่า “คนนี้ใช่ไหมที่เคยนั่งขอทาน”

41. 9Some said, “It is he.” Others said, “No, but he is like him.” He kept saying, “I am the man.” 9บางคนก็พูดว่า “ใช่คนนั้นแหละ” คนอื่นว่า “ไม่ใช่แต่เขาเหมือนคนนั้น” ตัวเขาเองพูดว่า “ข้าพเจ้าคือคนนั้น”

42. 10So they said to him, “Then how were your eyes opened?” 10เขาทั้งหลายจึงถามเขาว่า “ตาของเจ้าหายบอดได้อย่างไร”

43. 11He answered, “The man called Jesus made mud and anointed my eyes and said to me, ‘Go to Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed and received my sight.” 11เขาตอบว่า “ชายคนหนึ่งชื่อเยซูได้ทำโคลนทาตาของข้าพเจ้าและบอกข้าพเจ้าว่า 'จงไปที่สระสิโลอัมแล้วล้างโคลนออกเสีย' ข้าพเจ้าก็ได้ไปล้างตาจึงมองเห็นได้”

44. 12They said to him, “Where is he?” He said, “I do not know.” 12เขาจึงถามว่า “ผู้นั้นอยู่ที่ไหน” คนนั้นบอกว่า “ข้าพเจ้าไม่ทราบ”

45. 13They brought to the Pharisees the man who had formerly been blind. 13เขาจึงพาคนที่แต่ก่อนตาบอดนั้นไปหาพวกฟาริสี

46. 14Now it was a Sabbath day when Jesus made the mud and opened his eyes. 14วันที่พระเยซูทรงทำโคลนทาตาชายคนนั้นให้หายบอดเป็นวันสะบาโต

47. 15 So the Pharisees again asked him how he had received his sight. And he said to them, “He put mud on my eyes, and I washed, and I see.” 15พวกฟาริสีก็ได้ถามเขาอีกว่าทำอย่างไรตาเขาจึงมองเห็น และเขาบอกคนเหล่านั้นว่า “เขาเอาโคลนทาตาของข้าพเจ้าและข้าพเจ้าก็ล้างออกแล้วจึงมองเห็น”

48. 16Some of the Pharisees said, “This man is not from God, for he does not keep the Sabbath.” But others said, “How can a man who is a sinner do such signs?” And there was a division among them.

49. 16พวกฟาริสีบางคนพูดว่า “ชายคนนี้ไม่ได้มาจากพระเจ้าเพราะเขามิได้รักษาวันสะบาโต” แต่คนอื่นพูดว่า “คนบาปจะทำหมายสำคัญเช่นนั้นได้อย่างไร” พวกเขาก็แตกแยกกัน

50. 17So they said again to the blind man, “What do you say about him, since he has opened your eyes?” He said, “He is a prophet.” 17เขาจึงพูดกับคนตาบอดอีกว่า “เจ้าคิดอย่างไรเรื่องคนนั้นในเมื่อเขาได้ทำให้ตาของเจ้าหายบอด” ชายคนนั้นตอบว่า “ท่านเป็นผู้เผยพระวจนะ”
