Dr. Daniel Jose Pineiro is MD, FACC, and also a chairman of the ACC Assembly of International Governors. Daniel shares his views on serious health issues through his blogs from time to time. Recently, Dr. Daniel Jose Pineiro described how cardiovascular disease is a worldwide health issue. He explained that international viewpoints over Cardiovascular diseases are important for the advancement of cardiovascular medicines. According to Dr. Daniel, cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of deaths all over the world. He further adds that they must fight for it in a more effective and smarter way. Dr. Jose Pineiro said that almost all ACC.16 attendees can gain something from the international sessions, which provide them an opportunity to learn more about the cardiovascular disease concerns all over the world.
