Importance of Human ResourcePG 117-T.B • HR is the only asset which is appreciated • HR alone can produce larger output then input( eg best out of waste) • They provide utility value to fixed asset(competent worker on machine) • Flexibility of organization depends more on people then on any technical factors

Concept of HR Planning • HR planning is a process of identifying the right person for the right job at the right time and at the right cost • HR planning is estimation of future manpower • HR planning intends to achieve better customer satisfaction quality enhancement and improved employee motivation
