  2. Improvement Goal: Reading 2015 - 16 In 2015-16, 86.0% of UCSD 3rd – 11th grade students will be proficient or advanced in readingas measured by Iowa Assessments.

  3. Improvement Goal: Mathematics 2015-16 In 2015-16, 87.9%of UCSD 3rd – 11th grade students will be proficient or advanced in mathematics as measured by Iowa Assessments.

  6. Annual Improvement Goals2015-16 In 2016-17, 87.6% of UCSD 3rd – 11th grade students will be proficient or advanced in readingas measured by Iowa Assessments. In 2016-17, 87.8%of UCSD 3rd – 11th grade students will be proficient or advanced in mathematics as measured by Iowa Assessments. In 2016-17, 89.5%of UCSD 3rd – 11th grade students will be proficient or advanced in scienceas measured by Iowa Assessments.

  7. Harassment and Bullying Prevention All building administrators will participate in an informational session to ensure common understanding of the definition of bullying and how to investigate and address bullying situations (annual). Each administrator will ensure bullying prevention strategies and proper investigation procedures are in place. Students, parents, and staff will know how to report bullying incidents.
