FAQ - 1 • Ar specializacija yra būtina Gold lygio partneriams? – Ne. • Ar galima pasirinkti kelias specializacijas iš vienos kategorijos? – Taip. • Kur galima sužinoti specializacijos kriterijus? – Partnerių portale http://partner.oracle.com, skyriuje KnowledgeZones, išsirinkus Specialize. • Ar gali Silver lygio partneris turėti asocijuotus partnerius (pav. dukterines įmones)? – Ne. • Ar išlieka partnerio nuolaidos mokymams Oracle University? – Gold ir Platinum partneriams taikoma 25% nuolaida OU mokymams, Silver partneriams – 20%. • Dabartinis specializacijų sąrašas neapima to produkto ar sprendimo, kuriame mes specializuojamės. – Nuo 2009 m. gruodžio 1 dienos specializacijų sąrašas pildomas, planuojama viso 69 specializacijos pagal produktus ir 26 pagal pramonės šakas (industries)

SR, skirtų Enterprise Linux Basics ir Oracle VM. • Papildomai, Gold ir Platinum partneriai gauna po 50 vnt. nemokamų SR už kiekvieną specializaciją (ne daugiau kaip 250 nemokamų SR per partnerystės metus). • Gold ir Platinum partneriai taip pat gali įsigyti SR su nuolaida. • Kiek nemokamų vaučerių egzaminams gauna partneriai? • Gold partneriai gauna 2 vaučerius • Platinum pradžioje 6 ir dar 2 po specializacijų patvirtinimo.

FAQ - 3 • Ar galima vieno kliento atsiliepimus naudoti keleto specializacijų reikalavimams? • Galima naudoti kelis to paties kliento atsiliepimus, jei kiekvienas atsiliepimas yra atskiras savarankiškas projektas. • Tą pati atsiliepimą galima naudoti skirtingoms specializacijoms, jei produktai atitinka specializacijose nurodytus produktus. • Kokie reikalavimai keliami klientų atsiliepimams (reference)? • Projekto pabaigos data – ne seniau kaip prieš 18 mėnesių • Projekte panaudota dabartinė arba prieš ją buvusi produkto versija • Diegimas partnerio įmonėje nėra tinkamas atsiliepimas • Paraiškos metu partneris turi pateikti pilną informaciją apie projektą • Oracle pasilieka teisę susisiekti su klientu dėl detalių apie projektą • Detaliau – žr. kitą skaidrę

Detailed Information on Criteria Validation Šaltinis: http://www.oracle.com/partners/campaign/041607.htm Customer References Validation In order to accept a customer reference as valid for Specialization criteria: • The project must be one your company completed in the last 18 months. • The project has to include products in the current version or the version just previous to the current version of the products covered in this Specialization. • The same customer can be used for several references if each reference is an independent project. • The same reference can be used for different Specializations if the products listed match each Specialization’s products. • Internal implementation cannot be used as reference. • Full information about the reference must be provided during the Specialization Application process. • Oracle will verify each reference with the customer to confirm approval. Number of Transactions Validation In order to accept a transaction as valid for Specialization criteria: • The transaction must be registered in your company’s name in the applicable Oracle systems as a Resell, Non-Commission Co-Sell or Referral deal.  Click here for a description of these transaction types and how they are registered.  Please note specific requirement for United States and Canada within the Open Market Model (OMM) Policy Document available on that page. • Transactions are measured by Application Specific Full Use (ASFU) license, Embedded Software License (ESL) or Full Use license sales booked in Oracle Order Management. The transaction may include closed Non-Commission Co-Sell or Referral deals that the partner has registered with Oracle in the Open Market Model. • The transaction must have been completed in the last 12 months. • The transaction must include products covered in this Specialization. • The same transaction can be used for different Specializations if the products listed match each Specialization’s products. Validated Integration Requirement (Required for Some Specializations) If your company provides applications that integrate with Oracle products in this Specialization, your integration must be reviewed and approved as an Oracle Validated Integration. Click here for additional information on how to validate your integration. Competency Criteria Validation In order to accept a Specialist as valid for Specialization criteria, the individual fulfilling the requirement must have taken the applicable Specialist Assessment test and passed.  The list of acceptable Specialist designations can be found in each Specialization Criteria Table under “Competency Criteria”.  You can find links to the specific assessments on the “Get Specialized” section of the OPN Competency Center.  From there, you may search to find the Specialist Assessment that matches the name of the Specialist requirement listed in the Competency Criteria. The assessments are typically associated with a Guided Learning Path that provides recommended training that will help individuals pass the assessments.  When multiple options are identified within a field in the Competency Criteria section of the Specialization Criteria Table, each individual is required to pass the assessment for one of those options.  If more than one individual is required to be a Specialist within the same role (Sales, Presales, Support or Implementation), and if there are multiple options, each person may pass the same Specialist Assessment or they may pass any of the other available Specialist Assessment options.  One individual may fulfill the criteria for Sales, Presales, Support and Implementation roles.  However, within one role (Sales, Presales, Support or Implementation) the required number of unique individuals must pass the assessments, regardless of whether there are multiple assessment options available to fulfill the requirement.
