  2. （中央社記者顏伶如波特蘭26日專電）美國俄亥俄州1名消費者看到這個月有線電視帳單的費用時，嚇了一大跳，因為時代華納有線電視（Time Warner Cable）要跟他收取的金額，竟然高達1640萬多美元。 • 住在俄亥俄州比佛溪（Beavercreek），在當地1處美國空軍基地擔任工程師的26歲男子戴佛吉利歐（Daniel DeVirgilio）接受「岱頓日報」（DaytonDaily News）訪問時說，他平常每個月有線電視費用大約在80美元左右，想不到23日收到最新的月帳單，費用竟然爆漲到1640萬多美元。 • 平常都透過信用卡自動繳交有線電視費用的戴佛吉利歐，是收到信用卡公司通知，才發現竟然有高達1640萬零9107美元的欠款。 • 信用卡公司通知他說，由於額度不足，無法支付時代華納有線電視這筆款項。 • 時代華納有線電視的俄亥俄州西南部分處主管則指出，這個「天價」金額其實是人為疏失所導致，員工在輸入金額的時候打錯數字，結果帳單自動列印系統就把錯誤數字印發出去了，「我們對於此事造成的不便表示抱歉，也會與顧客協商解決之道。」1000326
