  8. Case Study #2 How Railing Issue Was Resolved • Railings were removed from bridge and delivered to a fabrication shop. • New finials were added and made larger to fill the openings. • Edges were welded to uprights. • Railings were painted and reinstalled.

  10. Case Study #2 How Stone Facing Issue Was Resolved • Missing stones were replaced with matching stones. • Entire abutments were tuckpointed, with color to match existing. • All surfaces were gently cleaned to remove moss and dirt.
