What Is Workers’ Compensation? • Workers’ Compensation is a form of insurance that guarantees compensation to injured workers, both for medical expenses, rehabilitation, and weekly wages until the employee has recovered sufficiently to return to work. © 2009 Delmar | Cengage Learning.
