  2. DESCRIPCIÓN DE PROPUESTA Que se den talleres de aprendizajebásico (lectura, escritura y matemáticas) por media hora antes de realizarlastareasasignadaspor el profesor. Realizar un tipo de examen de ubicaciónparapoderasignar a la niña el gradocorrecto de acuerdo a susconocimientos y nivelacademico y no a susedades.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS BENEFICIOS Ambaspropuestasgenerarian un beneficiodirecto al desarrolloacademico de lasniñasy al personal, yaque no se sentirianapenadas y sin ganas de trabajarporencontrarse un poco mas atrasadasqueotras de suscompañeras. Mejora en el autoestima de lasniñas, debido a sucrecimiento en el niveleducativo.

  5. RIESGOS Y DESVENTAJAS Sobre los riesgos y desventajaslasniñastendríanmenostiempo en realizarsustareasasignadas, y existiría la posibilidad de que no terminaran con susdeberesasignadospor la escuela. Porotrolado, podríaexistiruna gran diferencia de edades en niñas de un mismoaño.
