  2. “Who Do You Think Who You Are?” : A Critique of the Thai Creative Class • The Creative Class as a key concept invented by Richard Florida, a professor of regional development, Carnegie Mellon University, USA, in his highly cited books, The Rise of the Creative Class(2002) and The Flight of the Creative Class(2005).
