  2. 部落耆老 Icyh說道，「以前還沒有信仰基督教時，我們的祖先很注重一種叫 Siliq的鳥，不論是去工作、狩獵還是去哪裡玩，出門的時候如果 Siliq鳥從路的上方飛到下方，邊飛邊發出嘎嘎的叫聲，或者是在路下方叫，就這意思就是說不要去了。以前就是靠鳥來指示說要去不要去，但是如果有一大群 Siliq哈哈大笑，那沒有關係還是可以出去。如果是已經打到了獵物，在回家的途中，Siliq鳥又在嘎嘎叫的話，那是沒有關係，反而是很好的意思。尊重鳥的意思是很好，如果不聽鳥的意思就進去，可能會忘了帶什麼東西，也有可能進去會肚子痛，或是碰 到什麼困難的事情。Siliq指示的話是為我們好，但是在信奉基督教後，看到鳥飛過去的話，我們就會禱告，雖然前方有魔鬼擋住，可是上帝會保護我。」
