  8. 結論 : 街上塗鴉已經不是一種搗蛋的方式了，它可以是一門藝術，一種展現在地風格的街頭藝術。 一開始的油漆繪畫圖案在地面上及牆壁上似乎是一種面臨生長所地將被拆除的命運下，希望政府能保護這類似於「文化遺址」的地方，覺得這些藝術創作能具有特色，好好保護善待並努力推廣，將來這些地方一定能成為相當具有人文氣息的眷村。無形中也成為一件不是有意的藝術創作，當眷村面臨改建時，他們以油漆彩繪的方式保留對當地有意義的事物來紀念及回憶。 彩繪眷村的興起，也帶動了社區大大小小的生活方式，一踏入社區，便可感受到熱情的歡呼 !
