Next Steps on CDS • By end April 2012 : a 6-10 pages document to be approved by the EC in June 2012 : • 6-10 pages summary • Annexes including references, list of documents, background material, implementation plan (2012-2015), case studies.. • By end of the December: agreed outline inputs to our draft • By end of Jan. : First a draft version of CDS

  3. Implementation Plan • This part will come in a form of an action plan using for example the 5W+2H model(Who does What for When, Where, How and How much does this action cost? Saying that the «for What» column = to the strategic objective mapped in the CDS) • Finalized by end April 2012, with comments by the EC-CD members before proceeding to EC.
