Investigating Temperature Effects on Gene Expression in Plant Care Systems

This study explores the relative levels of gene expression under various temperature conditions, analyzing 24°C, 35°C, and 42°C treatments over specific time intervals. By employing ATG and CCAAT box genetic markers, we assess how temperature fluctuations influence gene activity in plant systems. The data collected spans from 0.5 hours to 120 hours, providing a comprehensive overview of temperature's role in plant gene regulation. This research contributes valuable insights to the fields of plant biology and environmental stress responses.
