Q4 OVERALL PERFORMANCE • As at 31 March 2017 the vacancy rate stood at 10.3% against the target of 10%. • A total amount of R 4 214 436 147.07was paid towards approved compensation benefits as at 31 march 2017. • The distribution of chronic medication is fully implemented • Medical Tariffs were published by end of March 2017
Q4 OVERALL PERFORMANCE • Of the 155 427 compensation claims registered, (94%) 145 922 were adjudicated. • Of the 145 922 registered compensation claims adjudicated, (90%) 130 800 were adjudicated within 60 working days. • Of the 747 525 medical invoices received, (92%) 686 894 were finalised. • Of the 686 894 medical invoices finalised between April 2016 and March 2017, (89%) 613 430 were finalised within 60 working days.
