Finishing his graduate course from Manipal University, Dr. Baliga went to the United Kingdom to finish the last segments of his education. In the United Kingdom, he finished his post-graduate, his research, his diploma and his MBA course from the USA. Dr. Baliga has been known to take a keen interest in many aspects of medicine and body’s functions.
