MIBCON Philanthropy Project: Empowering Employees to Give Back

MIBCON, a consultancy IT company, focuses on implementing & optimizing SAP products since 1998. With 90+ employees and 100+ customers, we prioritize freedom at work by involving employees in decisions. MIBCON believes in philanthropy and responsible giving, encouraging internal discussion and support for local organizations through employee donations. The project is managed by Jana Ledvinová from the Czech Fundraising Center, selecting and supporting smaller organizations like Klíček children's hospice through voluntary voting and donations. MIBCON's philanthropic efforts include both financial contributions and active involvement, such as providing IT equipment and volunteering at Klíček. The company's philanthropic initiatives have seen increasing contributions over the years, culminating in winning the Via Bona price for small and mid-sized companies in 2012. In addition to philanthropy, MIBCON also engages in corporate social responsibility by collaborating with the Czech Egyptological Institute, emphasizing the exchange of knowledge and resources.
