  1. How To Manage Respiratory Allergies During Monsoon: Respiratory Allergies are the allergies caused by the atmospheric particles inhaled by the person. It harms the immune system of a person. The primary allergic particles in the air are animal hair, dust, pollen, mold, etc. A Respiratory Allergies creates a negative impact on the respiratory system of a person. The Respiratory Allergies can be of two types – Allergic Asthma and Allergic Rhinitis. Allergic asthma is also known as hay fever, which causes watery eyes, nasal symptoms, etc., and Allergic rhinitis causes airway constriction.
