With more than 20 years of experience in surgery and medicine, Dr. Mark Kabins has amassed an impressive array of industry accomplishments. Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Board of Spine Surgery, Inc., Dr. Mark Kabins also belongs to the National Board of Medical Examiners and possesses Radiology and Fluoroscopy X-ray Supervisor and Operator status in the state of California. Holding licensures in four other states other than Nevada, Dr. Kabins can also legally practice medicine in California, Utah, Arizona, and Iowa. Focusing his efforts in Nevada, Mark Kabins, M.D., leads Las Vegasâ Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, and Rehabilitation, LLP. He and his staff provide wide-ranging inpatient and outpatient services, including modern electromyelography and nerve conduction velocity testing. In addition to spinal procedures like artificial disc replacement, he provides foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine services, pediatric orthopedics, and total joint treatment. In his personal life, Dr. Mark Kabins comes from a family of medical professionals. With his father as the cornerstone, he and his two siblings all entered the medical field. His brother is a board-certified pediatric psychiatrist, and his sister is a pain-management anesthesiologist. In addition, all four Kabins attended medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago. At home, Dr. Kabins is a family man who enjoys music, sports, chess, and long walks with his Yorkshire terrier.
