Blanket Distribution Event in Rishikesh

Recently, our NGO Dr. Archika Foundation organised Blanket Distribution Event for the homeless and poor living in Rishikesh. The event proved to be a huge success where a large number of needy people received good quality blankets. The happiness on their faces was quite visible.   2. About Dr. Archika Foundation Dr. Archika Foundation is a Delhi-based pioneer NGO which is the brainchild of Dr. Archika Didi, who is also its chairperson. It aims at empowering the weaker section of the society through its various welfare projects. Since its inception in 2013, our organisation has touched countless lives. We run various welfare programmes on health care, women empowerment, spirituality, universal peace and environmental conservation - all aimed at building a stronger, healthy, united and progressive society. These welfare schemes and programmes are directly benefitting these masses.

  3. The Need to Organise Blanket Distribution Event • Winters are loved by almost everyone. Sipping hot tea, snuggling down into warm bed, flaunting stylish warm clothes, lighting bonfire; we find ways to enjoy the weather. • But there is another aspect of it. The winter season for which we wait desperately throughout the year becomes an arduous struggle of survival for those who are bound to live under open skies in chilling winters.
