  3. NANPA and PA 2007 Performance Evaluation Surveys Update • The NOWG extended the due date for the surveys to February 15, 2008 • Reminder emails were sent weekly by the Administrators resulting in increased responses NOWG NANC Report

NANPA Technical Requirements Document (TRD) • Formal direction was received from the FCC on January 30, 2008 to review and propose revisions to the document • Revisions due by February 29, 2008 • NOWG is working diligently to meet this deadline and will request NANC approval via email NOWG NANC Report

  7. NeuStar Acquisition • On January 14, 2008, NeuStar notified the Wireline Competition Bureau, Federal Communications Commission regarding changes to the NeuStar, Inc. (NeuStar) organizational structure with the acquisition of Webmetrics, Inc • The NOWG reviewed the changes per our existing process • Based on our review, the NOWG does not find any issues at this time NOWG NANC Report

NeuStar Acquisition • NOWG Basis for Evaluation: • Original neutrality requirements placed on NeuStar at its creation; Safe Harbor neutrality requirements • Evaluation Process: • Select members of the NOWG reviewed and shared their findings on Webmetrics: • products and services  • technologies/platforms • affiliations with other companies • corporate structure • management • competitors • customers/target market • Select members also reviewed publicly available information on Webmetrics, including financials, reviews and press NOWG NANC Report

  9. NANPA Change Order #15 Recommendation • Change Order #15: NANP Administration System and the Pooling Administration System Interface • NOWG reviewed and recommended that this change order be approved • FCC approved on December 26, 2007 NOWG NANC Report

PA Change Order #1 Recommendation • Change Order #1 Issue 519 Pool Replenishment (the response of the PA to the resolution of INC Issue 519 (same title) • NOWG reviewed and recommended that this change order be approved • Recommendation was provided to the FCC on December 26, 2007 NOWG NANC Report
