  1. About us • Founded in 2000, Drake Finance was originally created to provide international trade finance for U.S. companies. Our mission is to help U.S.-based businesses grow by providing the necessary financing/liquidity for its international sales. Since then, our company has grown to include a broad range of products and services aimed at helping U.S. companies succeed locally and in the global marketplace. • Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Drake Finance serves U.S. companies nationwide and provides clients from all over the world with innovative and accessible financing solutions.

  2. Medium Term Export Financing Program: • Available for foreign buyers of US manufactured capital equipment. • Financing terms are typically between 2 and 5 years and in certain cases may go up to 10 years. • Payments made by buyer in arrears every six months with possibility of 1 year grace period. • Drake will finance foreign buyer directly. Exporter will have full payment in hand upon the presentation of required shipment documents. Benefits to the Exporter: • Competitive financing terms to the foreign buyer, critical to winning export sales. • Very competitive rates. • Financing is 100% non-recourse to the exporter.

  3. Short-Term Export Receivable Financing Program: • Allows U.S. exporters to provide foreign buyers with credit terms up to 180 days (possibly up to 360 days). • Drake Finance will provide exporter with liquidity (up to 90%) on the foreign buyer’s insured invoice. • Funding by Drake Finance to exporter is provided without blanket liens on assets or personal guarantees of shareholders. • Program can be set up and fully operational in as little as two weeks. Benefits to the Exporter: • Providing credit terms creates a competitive advantage and will impact favorably on export sales. • Allows exporter to expand into new and existing markets with confidence. • Immediate liquidity for exporter upon shipment. • Funding is on a non-recourse basis.

  4. Pre-Export Working Capital Program: • Available for Florida exporters. • 100% of the exporter’s invoice to its supplier is paid when the materials purchased are in connection with an export sale. • Provides exporter with liquidity to fulfill purchase order requirements. Benefits to the Exporter:   • Can allow exporter to take advantage of cash discounts from supplier. • Funding under the program may be essential when bank financing is not available.

  5. Bulk Agricultural Commodity Export Financing Program: • We can finance foreign buyer’s imports of U.S. bulk agricultural products for up to 180 days. Benefits to the Exporter: • Payment to the exporter is made at the time of shipment on a non recourse basis. • Financing provided to foreign buyer may be critical to the exporter in securing a foreign sale.

  6. Ex-Im Bank Export Credit Insurance Program: • Provides exporters with up to 95% political and commercial risk protection for approved foreign buyers. Benefits to the Exporter: • Risk mitigation: safeguard against nonpayment from foreign buyer. • Increased competitiveness: unlock the ability to offer foreign buyers the credit necessary to expand into new markets and boost sales with existing customers. • May assist exporter in obtaining liquidity from financial institutions.
