This presentation covers the importance of NSF 61 standards in preventing lead leaching in public water systems following the ADEM regulation update. Learn about lead content standards, marking, and certification by ANSI, ensuring compliance with health effects criteria. Discover the scope of NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for various products including pipes, fittings, and valves. Understand the requirements for contaminant migration, formulation disclosure, and toxicology evaluation to maintain safe drinking water. For inquiries, contact Laura A.
