EU funded Research projects / Innovation Current Research project where UECBV is involved • APTAR: FP7 - Global Solution for slaughterhouses and meat processing plants: treatment of Category 3 animal waste and production of high value product with biopesticides – Last year of the project (until June 2012) • MeatCoat - FP7, for the developing of a new edible coating for meat product and fresh meat, using peptide molecules in order to build shelf assembly hydrocolloids.
