Social Reporting

On Day 2 of the Social Reporting Conference, various issues were examined, including the commendable initiative by the head of the Burkina Faso delegation, who invited a female member to present. However, challenges such as unstable electricity and delayed session starts were noted. The programme's non-adherence was apparent, especially with the unannounced postponement of the visit to the Gambia parliament. Presentations featured crucial topics but often lacked coordination in questions and answers. The importance of moving audits beyond compliance to performance was highlighted, offering valuable lessons for participants. ###
