Criterion 4 • For new qualifications: responsibility with the Länder • The degrees that currently exist in the German HE system, including those previously awarded, have been considered in the QF • In this respect, the Länder associated with the KMK and the KMK itself, in its capacity as the organisation responsible for adopting the qualifications framework, are responsible for considering further types of degrees or, in cases of doubt, for categorising the degrees gehmlich@wiso.hs-osnabrueck.de

  20. Criterion 5 • The national quality assurance systems for higher education refer to the national framework of qualifications and are consistent with the Berlin Communiqué and any subsequent communiqué agreed by ministers in the Bologna Process gehmlich@wiso.hs-osnabrueck.de
