  2. Douglas B. Constable was responsible for all aspects of due diligence including pre and post-closing information evaluation and verification. Douglas Benjamin Constable successfully negotiated, structured and implemented the acquisition of 20+ target companies, working as the central contact point for buyer, sellers, legal counsel, investors and lending institutions.

  3. Doug Constable is acknowledged for his role in the development and maintenance of banking relationships, including negotiation of credit facilities and interaction with venture capital partners.
