  6. Global Search • Searches all of the support center tabs • Use “ “ for exact string search • Cuts down on unwanted results • Use * for wildcard search • Use pins to change the order of results • Valid operators – AND, OR, AND NOT, ()

  7. Documentation Libraries • Subscribe to documentation libraries to get notification of updates

  8. Cases – Services Requests • Can add confidential attachments • Never check private box – only you can see attachment • Follow cases to get updates in your feed

  9. Articles – Solutions/FAQs • Filter Results • Old FAQ/Service Request Number • Follow to receive updates in your feed

  10. Ideas • Suggestions for Banner • Post Ideas • Vote for Ideas – Promote/Demote • Add Comments • Ellucian may or may not implement ideas
