  6. Hospital unification 34 hospitals under the jurisdiction of the City Government The unification will allow hospitals to share main services. • 1st Stage:F. Muñiz(infections), B. Udaondo (gastroenterology), M. Ferrer(pulmonary rehab). Unification will take place in the area of the Muñiz Hospital. • 2nd Stage:J. A. Penna and Dr. T.Alvarez.
