Revolution in Yemen. Michael Schor Pd 1. President Ali Abdullah Saleh is currently being overthrown by the revolutionaries however he refuses to give up power. Protest leaders include: Abdel- Hadi al- Azazi. Similar with the American Revolution.

  2. President Ali Abdullah Saleh is currently being overthrown by the revolutionaries however he refuses to give up power. • Protest leaders include: Abdel-Hadi al-Azazi

  3. Similar with the American Revolution • Involves a tyrannical leader who refuses to give up power • There are some people who still support the old power

  4. Different than American Revolution • Its more of a civil war than a Revolution. The people are fighting their government and only Yemenites are dying unlike in the American Revolution where it was the Americans fighting the British.

  6. Where the country is going I do believe that the current president will be overthrown. However the country will not see a brighter future unless the next person in power can establish fair laws.
