Impact AssessmentSeminarPhnom Penh, 2-6 December 2013 • Who are you and what is the reason for your presence at the seminar? • My name is Truong Thi Ngoc Anh and I am working as operational coordinator for Handicap International in Vietnam since 2013. I used to work as project assistant and coordinator for Spinal Cord Injury project funded by Luxembourg • I am here to share some experiences related to SCI project in term of assessment and learn more about project impact assessment to prepare better for other project which are going to end by next years. I attended and facilitated for an external evaluator but not planning or implementing

Impact AssessmentSeminarPhnom Penh, 2-6 December 2013 • What are, according to you, HI’s challenges in terms of impact assessment and evaluation? • The main challenge in terms of impact assessment and evaluation for HI is having a good baseline before the project started. Most of our project designed is oriented to donors’ requirement and skip the exercise with partner from beginning of the project. Therefore to measure the change before and after the project it is a challenge
