  1. How to Prepare for an OBGYN Visit Donald Westra Jr. M.D.

  2. Donald Westra Jr. M.D. delivered more than 5,000 babies and treated thousands more patients. He also ran a number of successful OBGYN practices.. Donald Westra Jr. M.D. is now a property owner and manager in Florida and North Carolina but still possesses a wealth of knowledge about the medical field.

  3. Here are three things told by Donald Westra Jr. M.D. to do in preparation for an OBGYN visit.

  4. When a patient schedules an OBGYN appointment they should find out what tests will be done. This is especially important if they are visiting the OBGYN for this first time or if it is the first time working with this doctor. This prevents any surprises from coming up during the appointment and makes the process easier for the patient.

  5. Patients should write down a list of all of their concerns related to birth control, menstruation and cramps, sex, acne, weight, sexually transmitted diseases, and hormones. This is important because patients need to be able to ask their OBGYN’s anything and they need to be prepared to do so.

  6. It is important that patients track their cycle and are prepared to answer when their last period was. It is also important that patients keep track of any pain or irregularities they experience related to their period. This is important because it is the first thing that OBGYN’s usually ask their patients is when their last period was. This is important information for the OBGYN to know.
