Bill Hionas Explains Gold Bullion Investment

(1888PressRelease) Savvy investors buy in dips, advises Bill Hionas.

MIAMI, FL - Investing in gold bullion, or any precious metals bullion, is a unique form of investment. Precious metals have an intrinsic value; buyers are not purchasing shares or options on future values but are taking an actual physical holding in a precious metal. Gold has been proven to hold its value over centuries and is a 'go to' investment in times of economic uncertainty. Certainly prices can go down and it is only normal for the market to show sharp corrections from time to time. These corrections inevitably follow a dizzy rush skyward, such as the gold bullion market has recently experienced.

Corrections need to be seen for exactly what they are; short-term dips in an otherwise firm uphill trend. Corrections are normal and anticipated by brokers and market analysts. It is not always possible to predict exactly when a correction will happen, or how sharp the correction will be, but it is generally obvious when a correction is due. Consequently, a sharp drop in prices should not be of great concern to someone who is investing for the medium- to long-term; rather they should be seen as buying opportunities; the perfect time to increase one's holdings.

"Savvy investors wait for corrections before purchasing. Safe haven demand for gold is still significant and the trend remains bullish." says Bill Hionas. "There are a number of macroeconomic factors currently underpinning gold."

Bill Hionas leads a team of experienced account executives at Pan American Metals of Miami where clients can purchase precious metals bullion. Both leveraged and fully-funded positions are available.
