Challenges • Create corporate balanced scorecard by manually collecting data from 10 different systems • Time consuming and prone to error • Relies on spreadsheets and e-mails • Result in a single page document, delivered to board of directors • Scorecard not available to all staff • No ability to drill down into the details to explain the results

Pilot Implementation Corporate Scorecard created using Business Scorecard Manager 2005 • Data feeds manually from databases and spreadsheets into Scorecard • Scorecard displayed in SharePoint Portal 2007and available to all staff • Some drill-down capability to investigate deeper into the data using Excel
