  2. 3 Type of Projects PPS: Project Proposal Sheet PPSE: Project Proposal Sheet with Entrepreneur’s Approval PPSC: Project Proposal Sheet with Project Champion’s Approval

Project Requirements • It has to be a feasibility study • A new product/service, new market, new geography new business model,… • It has to solve a problem (it might be a solution that is currently not working) • The project proposal needs to be accepted – PPSE/C • Deliverables • 3 Progress Reports • Initial Presentation and Halfway Presentations • Final Report + Final Presentation

Project Proposal Sheet (PPS)- (by Feb 18th) PPS-Entrepreneur/PPS-Company • What is the problem? • Who is affected? • What might be the solution? • Who might pay for it? • In Association with Family Business (yes/no) • Your contact info (name, email, phone number,…) • Entrepreneur’s Signature and contact info (only in the PPSE) • Project Champion from the company and contact info (only in the PPSC)
