Action Requested • APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT A BOAT RAMP FACILITY AND VARIANCE REQUEST, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION TO RECORD THE INSTRUMENT, SUBJECT TO THE 32 CONDITIONS LISTED IN THE STAFF REPORT. • APPROVAL OF THE CONSERVATION AREA IMPACT PERMIT APPLICATION SUBJECT TO THE 27 CONDITONS LISTED IN THE STAFF REPORT.

Alternatives • Redesign boat ramp to accommodate non-motorized vessel launching • Restrict use of ramp during low water elevations • Keene’s Pointe HOA arrange a funding mechanism to replant conservation area on an as needed basis • Use of R.D. Keene public boat ramp by Keene’s Pointe residence
