  1. Otay Landfill 1700 Maxwell Road Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 Wet weather deck 1 2 Disposal activities were occurring along the most southern area of Canyon 3C. Previous disposal activities along the southern side slope of the wet weather deck seen with an arrow was documented to have occurred on July 5, 2013. Photo #1 & #2 was taken looking north. Otay Landfill 1700 Maxwell Road Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 3 4 Several stock piles of soil received by self haul vehicles on a previous day of operations were allowed to unload along the toe of the western side slope of Canyon 3C. Solid waste was observed mixed into the loads of soil. Photo #3 was taken looking north. An excess amount of litter was observed on the ground surface leading from the active face to the area where the tarps used for alternative daily cover were stored. Photo #4 was taken looking north. During their travel, residual solid waste had mixed into the processed green material used for erosion control. Photo #5 was taken looking southwest.
