  1. Homework 3 Plot the gene expression profile of the assigned 4 genes from NCI60. Intersect the same genes from SOURCE and protein-protein interactions.

  7. To obtain a single “cleaned” file, you need to use the following steps. Cleaned file=normalized and retrieved file.
